We're Back!!!

We are very happy to welcome back our Service Users this week.

There have been lots of changes to how things operate in and around the Centre.
We have implemented a one way system throughout our main building and are social distancing at 2 metres.  Unfortunately due to limited space in the main building we are currently limited to 50% capacity but it's great to see everyone back!

The nursery's opening hours will be be:
Monday to Friday 9.15am-3pm (excluding bank holidays).  Last entry into the nursery will be at 2.45pm to allow for 3pm closure.

To protect our customers and staff at this time will restrict the number of customers who can come into the nursery at any one time as follows:

We will be limiting the amount of trolleys in use to 7.
There will be a maximum of 2 customers per trolley from the same household.
Minimum number of customers in nursery 7.
Maximum 14 if 2 per trolley.

If you have downloaded the NHS Test and Trace app you will be able to check-in upon entry to the nursery using our QR code.

When the nursery is full entrance will be on a '1-in 1-out' basis.

We will provide hand sanitiser and disinfectant spray to clean trolley handles upon entry to the nursery and ask customers to keep their distance - 2 metres. 

We are unable to provide masks and gloves to customers so please use your own discretion.

Please note we are not set-up to take card payments so only accept cash and cheques.
