On the evening of 13th April 2022 two individuals broke into the Centre in an attempt to steal a trailer and cutting the padlock on the front gate.
In one of the pictures you can clearly see the individual with the light coloured hoody is carrying a crowbar. It is obvious that they knew where the CCTV cameras were as they looked away from them and turned the ones looking at the trailers to face the sky. Unbeknown to them sensors within the premises were triggered to both ourselves and the police. 2 dog units arrived on scene but the culprits had fled. We are also following up CCTV footage from premises at the bottom of Blendworth Lane to see if any vehicle was spotted soon after. Do you know these two individuals? Maybe you recognise their clothing or trainers etc. If you know anything please contact the police and quote incident no. 2291. It was Matthew's 50th birthday last week.
He had party on Saturday and it looks like a good time was had by all! If you're looking for some instant colour for your garden our prims and polys are looking lovely!
They're 60p each and can be found in tunnel 1. Work has re-started on the new pot shed 1
and the buildings are getting some much needed attention. Our pot shed teams are having some recreational time this afternoon, colouring, playing cards, listening to music and having a little boogie! We'd like to wish you all very merry Christmas and a happy new year! We are now on our Christmas break and will be back on Tuesday 4th January. Kim one the Centre's trustees visited last week and delivered some Christmas accessories for our team.
Thanks Kim, we love them! |
